Note: RLC SDUs are bit strings which are bye aligned (Multiple of 8 bits)
TMD PDU consists only of Data field and does not consist of any RLC header.

hello,
i’m modelling RLC TM mode as in release 9…in the specification i read that there is no segmentation or concatenation of RLC sdu’s …but if it is enabled in higher layers then it can be performed…what did they mean by telling enabled in higher layers….i’m using and existing framework and trying to add rlc layer…other layers are base layers(with basic functionality) how should i proceed ???
