LTE RLC – Radio Link Control Protocol
RLC is a layer 2 protocol in LTE UE and NodeB. RLC – Radio Link Control protocol is a data link layer protocol. RRC (Radio Resource Control) is generally controls RLC configuration via RRC-RLC SAP.
